These terms govern access to Shuttle Circuit. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

Using Shuttle Circuit
You may use Shuttle Circuit to discover and host badminton games, publish or find tournaments, maintain a player profile, and use available scoring tools. Provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the service lawfully. You must not impersonate others, publish deceptive listings, scrape the service, interfere with security, or use it to harass or endanger anyone.
Organizer and player responsibility
Hosts and organizers are responsible for venue permission, court reservations, participant eligibility, schedules, pricing, prizes, refunds, safety, and local legal requirements. Players should independently verify important details before travelling or paying. Shuttle Circuit may remove unsafe, unlawful, stale, or misleading content and may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Venues, directions and booking
Google Maps venue results, directions, website links, phone numbers, and business status are informational. Shuttle Circuit does not guarantee that a court is open or available and does not complete a reservation unless a future flow explicitly says so. Contact the venue or its booking provider to confirm availability and price.
Google Maps terms
The venue-search feature uses Google Maps Platform. By using it, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, the Google Maps Platform Terms, and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps content remains subject to Google's applicable terms and attribution.
Your content
You retain rights in content you provide. You give Shuttle Circuit permission to host, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the listing or profile you chose to publish. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to provide it.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, Shuttle Circuit is not responsible for user conduct, organizer promises, venue operations, injuries, lost property, third-party payments, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
